• Social-media connection data: tokens and permissions from third-party platforms (e.g. Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest) used to enable scheduling and publishing.

• Usage data: analytics, feature interactions, and technical logs to improve platform performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information to:

• Enable secure login and authentication.

• Allow you to plan, schedule, and publish content to your connected social accounts.

• Generate analytics and insights.

• Provide customer support and improve functionality.

• Comply with legal and security obligations.

We will never sell, trade, or rent your personal information.

3. Third-Party Integrations

MarketHer uses trusted partners such as:

• Firebase (Google LLC) for authentication, hosting, and secure data storage.

• Meta Platforms, Inc. and other social networks for content publishing.

Each third party maintains its own privacy practices. We recommend reviewing their policies for more detail.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely in encrypted databases (Firebase Firestore / Storage).
Access is restricted to authorised MarketHer administrators.

5. Disconnecting or Deleting Data

You may:

• Disconnect any social account at any time through your Dashboard.

• Request deletion of your MarketHer account and associated data by emailing hello@markether.co.nz.

Upon deletion, we remove or anonymise all personal data within a reasonable timeframe unless required for legal compliance.

6. Children’s Privacy

MarketHer is designed for business use and is not directed at children under 16.

We may update this policy periodically. The latest version will always be available at markether.co.nz/privacy-policy.
