These Terms govern your use of Dashboard by MarketHer and its features, including Social Studio. By creating an account or accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

MarketHer provides marketing-automation, education, and scheduling tools for women-led businesses.
Social Studio enables users to plan and publish social-media content through connected third-party accounts.

2. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when registering.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Access

Social Studio is included for all logged-in MarketHer users.
Other features of Dashboard by MarketHer may be subject to paid membership tiers (Community, Pro, Premium, Elite).
All prices and inclusions are subject to change with notice.

4. Use of Third-Party Platforms

By connecting your social-media accounts, you authorise MarketHer to interact with those services on your behalf to create, schedule, and publish content.
You remain responsible for complying with each platform’s terms of use.

5. Intellectual Property

All original software, design, branding, and content within Dashboard by MarketHer remain the property of MarketHer.
You retain full rights to the content you create or upload.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes.

• Attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the system.

• Upload or distribute offensive or infringing content.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension.

7. Limitation of Liability

MarketHer provides the platform “as is.”
We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or issues arising from third-party integrations (e.g. Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarketHer’s liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) in the previous 12 months.

8. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
