At MarketHer, we respect your right to control your personal data.
This page explains how users can request deletion of their information collected through Dashboard by MarketHer, including the Social Studio feature and any connected social media accounts.

1. What Data May Be Stored

When you use the Dashboard and its connected tools, we may store:

• Your account information (name, email, business name).

• Any uploaded brand materials, images, and posts you create within the Dashboard.

• Social account connection tokens (for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Analytics and usage logs for internal improvements.

This information is stored securely in Firebase (Google Cloud) and is never sold or shared without consent.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time by following one of these options:

Option 1 — In-App Deletion

If logged in to your MarketHer Dashboard:

1. Go to My Profile → Account Settings

2. Click “Delete My Account”

3. Confirm deletion when prompted

This will permanently remove your account, associated data, and any stored access tokens for connected social platforms.

Option 2 — Email Request

If you are unable to access your account, you may also request deletion by emailing:

Please include:

• Your full name

• The email address associated with your MarketHer account

• Subject line: “Data Deletion Request”

Once verified, your account and all related data will be deleted within 7 business days.

3. Third-Party Account Disconnection

To revoke MarketHer’s access to your connected accounts manually:

• Facebook & Instagram: Visit your Facebook App Settings and remove “MarketHer” from the list of active integrations.

• LinkedIn, TikTok, or others: Remove “MarketHer” from connected apps in each platform’s settings.

This will immediately revoke all tokens and disable automated publishing or analytics.

4. Confirmation of Deletion

After deletion, you will receive a confirmation email.
All account data, tokens, and stored files will be permanently removed or anonymised unless required by law for fraud prevention or security logs.
